To be eligible for 2026 EIC award consideration, the substantial completion date of construction (or scope of work) for the project must be on or before August 31, 2026.
CRITICAL DATES:
June 16 - EIC Phase I Opens
August 10 - Entry Application (Phase I) with payment due
September 18 - Complete Online Entry (Phase II) submission due
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Each entry must complete Phase I and Phase II of entry process.
ABC Membership: Only ABC Carolinas members are eligible to enter. Joint ventures are eligible if one firm is an ABC Carolinas member. Project may be in any location. Submission of a project to multiple ABC EIC Chapter competitions is permitted, but re-submissions from previous years are not permitted.
Completion of Project Requirement: To be eligible for award consideration, the project must have been completed within the last two (2) years and must be completed by August 31, 2026.
Project Entry Steps:
Completed Phase I - Each project being entered must submit $350 for each entry and add $200 if submitting for Carolinas Best in BIM Award, and add $200 for submitting for Carolinas Design-Build Award. Phase I must be completed by August 10, 2026.
